DO YOU SHIP WITHIN GUAM?

We do not ship to any address on Guam. All orders placed with a Guam shipping address will be available for in-store pick up immediately after the order is placed, during regular business hours. (Mon-Sat 11-8 / Sun 11-6)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

We only ship internationally to APO/FPO addresses.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?

All online orders are processed, packed and shipped within the next 24 business hours. We utilize the USPS click and ship system, so all orders come with free tracking info, and should arrive within 5-7 business days depending on location. 

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT SHIPMENT?

Though there are no specific release dates for new merchandise, we typically have new products every two weeks. The best way to keep up with our drops is to follow us on our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram. You can also subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of our website.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept any returns. Items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days of purchase. Online purchases may be exchanged as well, but the customer will assume all additional shipping cost. Items being exchanged must be in the same condition it was purchased in.
